Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment options:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • Debit Cards: All major debit cards with Visa or Mastercard logo
  • PayPal: Fast and secure checkout via your PayPal account
  • Affirm: Buy now and pay over time with flexible financing options (subject to eligibility)
  • Afterpay: Split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments, paid every two weeks

Order Processing

Authorization Hold: When you place an order, an authorization hold is placed on your payment method to reserve the funds. This hold is not a charge and will only be captured once the order is processed for shipment.

Order Confirmation: Once your order is successfully placed, you'll receive a confirmation email detailing your order and payment method.

Payment Security

Secure Checkout: Our checkout is protected with SSL encryption to ensure your personal and payment data is safe.

Fraud Prevention: We use advanced tools and protocols to monitor and prevent fraudulent transactions.

Payment Authorization & Modifications

By submitting your order, you authorize Generator Vault to charge your selected payment method for the full amount, including applicable taxes, fees, and shipping charges.

Once your order is placed, we cannot modify your payment details. If you need help, contact our Customer Support team.

Payment Confirmation

After your payment is captured, you'll receive a Payment Confirmation Email confirming that the transaction was completed.

Order Cancellation Policy (Summary)

  • Orders can be canceled before processing/shipping
  • If the item has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — see our Return Policy
  • Some cancellations may incur fees depending on timing (see below)

Backorders & Held Orders

If your item is on backorder, we give you the option to:

  • Hold your order until the item is restocked
  • Or cancel without a fee before restocking occurs

Important Notes on Held Orders:

  • Payment is captured after a few days, even for backorders
  • If canceled before shipping, a 5% cancellation fee applies
  • If canceled after shipping, a 30% restocking fee applies
