Price Match Policy

If you find a lower price for the same item on another authorized online retailer within 30 days of your purchase, you may request a price match review.

All price match requests are subject to verification and approval.

How to Request a Price Match

To submit a request:

  • Email us at sales@generatorvault.com within 30 days of your order date
  • Include a link to the product on our website
  • Include a link to the competing product listing showing the lower price

Our team will review the request and verify eligibility based on our pricing guidelines and supplier policies.

If approved, a refund for the price difference will be issued to your original payment method.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a price match:

  • The item must be identical (same brand, model, and specifications)
  • The item must be in stock on both websites
  • The competitor must be an authorized online retailer
  • The price must be publicly available (no private quotes or membership pricing)

Exclusions

The following do not qualify for price matching:
